Pet Paradise Oakleaf

The facility is clean and I believe my cat was well cared for during the 5 days he was boarded while we moved to the area. I called daily to check on our kitty because he gets highly stressed with the slightest unfamiliarity. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept records of eating and bathroom habits and whether or not he was coming out for playtime or allowing anyone to pet him. Even though he was having a hard time settling in, I was put at ease knowing the staff was making efforts to keep his stress level down.

We toured this place to possibly daycare and board our two dogs, upon entering they greeted us and were very attentive to our needs and questions, they showed us around, seemed very clean, plenty of friendly staff all around! They gave us a free day to try and our two dogs loved it, the staff called us with updates and even gave us a doggie progress report on how they did to take home! We decided to book a boarding stay at the end of April, so I will review that later in the month! Overall pricing is a little more than other places but seems totally worth it for happy staff and happy animals!

I've taken my babies, Bear and Juniper on several occasions for boarding and they love it. They always come back happy and tuckered out. Love the staff. They listen to your concerns, and create such a good environment for the animals. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs to board their pets. Have yet to do daycare experience so I'll post again when that becomes a thing for us!

Our dogs have went here for daycare/boarding for the last few years. I would not trust any other place to take care of our fur babies!! They are always, kind, patient, respectful, and professional and have really become like second family over the years. You won't regret dropping your fur babies off here for the day and or even overnight!

I asked for email as my preferred method of contact. Instead, I received a call/ voicemail message about my dogs. According to the message they threw up all over their room and got it on them. Something I've never seen them do for as long as I've had them, get throw up on themselves. Gladly, when I picked them up, they had no sign of any mess on them. I'm glad I declined the bath option when I called and spoke with the manager because they didn't need it. So, thank you! Oddly, one of my dog's leash was tied in a knot around her neck instead of her collar in place.. I asked why, and was told that the collar broke. Strange.. because it didn't look broken. So I undid the knotted leash around my dog's neck and put her collar on with no problem. What was the problem.. the young lady who brought out my dogs lacked patience. It also showed in her attitude. I hate paying so much to have a person with a bad attitude handle my dogs. I can't imagine what goes on in the back when the dogs owners are not around to see.. I will not bring my dogs back to this location.
